Payment and Booking Terms
A 30% non-deposit is required within seven days of booking. The balance is then payable on arrival in Euros cash or by credit card (subject to 1.5% bank charge). A refundable security deposit of 200 Euros is required on arrival by credit card and is returned to the same credit card in full within seven days of departure subjectto no loss or damage to the apartment.
