A fully air conditioned apartment with stunning views over the Mediterranean sea and Gibraltar from the balcony. It offers three comfortable bedrooms, a family bathroom and a separate cloakroom. The master bedroom has a double bed (135x185 cm) and a large built-in wardrobe, a second bedroom with a double bed (135x185 cm) and a third twin bedroom with two single beds (90x185 cm). There is independant air conditioning in every bedroom and lounge plus the apartment benefits from a family bathroom with bath, shower, WC, sink and a separate cloakroom with WC and sink. The open and bright kitchen is well equipped however it only has a mini fridge/freezer. There is a lovely off lounge dining area with seating for six guests and the living room is equipped with quality comfortable seating from where you have a lovely sea view. The flat screen TV offers a wide variety of international channels including Sky, films and series plus a high speed fiber optic internet connection. The lounge has access to the large balcony from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean sea and the Strait of Gibraltar. The south facing balcony also has views to the swimming pool and community gardens and receives sun all day long. Please note that the outdoor dining area with a charcoal BBQ has some road noise due to its proximity of the local motor way. The bedrooms are hardly or not affected by the road noise. The community swimming pool is available all year round and it is surrounded by well maintained Mediterranean gardens. The closest beach to the property is located just across the road and there is a pedestrian bridge that takes you from the community entrance to the beach side of the road. A community parking area is available just outside the complex however we cannot guarantee parking in peak season. All in all, a great opportunity for families and for those looking for a relaxing holiday close to the beach.

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival.
